My family recently used the Douglasville location, and while the overall service and setup were beautiful, our experience was negatively impacted by the behavior of two staff members—Ms. Keisha (blonde and brown braids)and Ms. Cheryl (ponytail)—who drove two of the three family cars. Unfortunately, both displayed unprofessional and unpleasant attitudes throughout the service.
