Mr Thomas was excellent in seeing to my mothers condition. He stayed back to put her in for an emergency procedure. His wonderful bedside manner assisted in keeping the rest of the family calm. My mother had a procedure done in her nose to stop extensive bleeding. Which she has been hospitalised 3 times for in the past.
