I saw Genevieve at this clinic and it became very clear how little she actually cared. 1. The sessions were predominantly just chats about the week that was with very little coping mechanisms outside the generic - meditate & journal. I almost always finished up feeling worse rather than better. 2. She never contacted you directly, always through reception staff. Made it so impersonal and uncomfortable most times. 3. I have worked with Fiona Lacy and her collegues for over 10 years and always experienced them being empathetic, understanding and extremely professional with clients. The therapeutic styles are tailored to the client and I find they are always effective and assist clients that are ready to progress forward.
