I experienced severe headaches that sent me to the ED, but Cliff resolved them in just a few sessions. I can’t recommend him enough. The front desk service was also excellent - thank you, Lindsay, for your warmth and helpfulness.
I went and saw Gabby (Osteo) for the first time, after doing something to my lower back when exercising. I cannot recommend enough or begin to express how brilliant she was. My back is already feeling significantly better after one appointment.

I have been going to Williamstown Health + Lifestyle for 3 years plus. The advise and guidance from Gabby, Jesse and Alana over the years have potentially saved me from a cervical radio frequency ablation procedure which was my plan B. The reformer pilates classes are small and tailored to the needs of each individual. No rinse and repeat generic sequence unlike some bigger studios. Keep up the good work WHL Team!
