The doctor was good but service from office staff was extremely rude. When walking in don’t expect any greeting g or even a look up. They labeled my contact boxes wrong, I had to figure that out myself. They didn’t even order my husband’s contact and we didn’t find that u til after 6 weeks of waiting. No apology at all just a sigh of why are we bothering them. When his contacts did come in the staff was extremely rude and short with him. We won’t be back.

Let me start by saying I have gone to the williamstown eye clinic for many years now...I really like the doctor but unfortunately the last 2 years I have had terrible service, the receptionists are awful. Last year I noticed that the receptionist was quite moody but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day.... Do not recommend!!! The hygiene of this office is concerning. Dr touched all sorts of things - door knobs, pens, the machines, etc - without washing hands and then touched my eyes and my husbands. There was also no sort of cleaning of the machines or hands between the two of us. We were super uncomfortable knowing dirty hands and equipment were touching our face and eyes.
