Not a trustworthy, not an honest jeweler! Changes their pricing, stories and reasoning every 5 minutes. Tells false narratives to protect their made up arguments as to why they will not honor their OWN words and verbal agreements they have entered into just minutes ago! Imagine, you agreed on a price few minutes ago, come back with a payment and Greg says “oh no, we want double of what we agreed, it was priced wrong”!??? I found Greg and Grace very unethical and not trustworthy. ESPECIALLY in this business, your word and trust means EVERYTHING! How do you know its gold? How do you know diamond they selling you is real and not piece of glass? How do you know that a piece you gave them to fix will not be stripped of gold and diamonds not replaced with glass?
