I have been going to WVH for years and have always liked the care giving by the staff. This practice is just like Cheers ("everybody knows your name" at least from Candy- she knows almost all the clients and their pets by NAME ). The office manager is wonderful ( a real caring and loving person and that makes a difference). She has been there for years. One thing that I think would really make a difference is to put the office manager back at the reception desk. She always was fast, caring, and could answer questions. The ne... read more
