This facility is so full of great staff! The director is an amazing nurse. The business office manager is the sweetest person you will ever meet. The resident care coordinator is the best. The activity director is a fun-loving precious person. The care staff takes great care of our residents. I love this place 🩷
You can't call this place, no one ever answers the phone, then it automatically disconnects. It's ridiculous when you live out of town and can't check on your family
Great community! I highly recommend. Always very clean and the staff all provide the best care.
The phone disconnects my call after 4 rings when I try to reach this place. I spoke with one person who told me the phone system had a glitch that had been fixed. This was well before Thanksgiving and it is still happening. I would like to speak to the Director. I live in another state and can only come on weekends when those in the offices are not there.
The director and the RCC are very engaged and dedicated to providing the best care. Williamston is lucky to have a facility like this in our town.
