We hired them to cut custom glass pieces for a couple of invertebrate enclosures we're building. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the sizes and materials needed. The only negative I have, is that we were quoted 2 days and it actually took, almost, 2 weeks. A call letting us know about the delay, would have been nice. This did not detract from the quality of work and we will definitely do business with them again.
Started talking to them in December 2021 and months later they said they were booked until 2023. Waited a year and then they go completely dark with no response. Ridiculous.
Busy place, great people to do business with.
