Terrible customer service. In fact, there isn't any customer service. The bill they sent me is wrong, and I have called several times to get the bill corrected, leaving a message each time for some one to call me back. No one has called me back. Something has to be done about this. It is the worst Customer service I have ever seen.

Something needs to be done about the WMWA they have gone hog wild on there charging and billing. Now, WMWA is going to bill monthly and I think we all know what that means (to hide more increases, bulls**t costs and charges) They are also now going to bill owners only and not tenets now they won't care how much water they wast plus more money for the monopoly SCAM called WMWA. Last year when I moved to my new apartment there was a 200.00 plus water bill from the previous tenant. Williamsport Water Authority acted like I was responsible for it when I called about it. I agree the person who answers the phone is rude. People in New York don't even pay for water and this one-horse town charges for it. Last but not least what the heck is an admin fee. Ten dollars for what?
