I contacted Julia over a month ago for their services. Email was very sporadic. I kept having to keep texting to get an answer. Understood she had some issues going on. Last post was she asked me for details of what I needed done. Emailed last on 4/16 and not a word. Very unprofessional.
I had my kitchen deep cleaned as a gift from my husband and I loved it!!! They are very thorough and professional. I will definitely being using them again!
I'm responding to the one star review from Nicole. As Julia's mother, I am disgusted by this person. Nicole, you are the exact kind of person who makes this world the sad place it is currently in. My daughter has come a long way from her "record" 7+ years ago and I and many others couldn't be more proud of her. At her court graduation she was praised not only by her PO but by the judge.
