Negative 5 stars would be appropriate! We have never left a review~ But this was by far one of the saddest experiences of our lives! Our hearts are broken! As huge pet lovers, we feel obligated, in the very least to warn others about this facility. We hope that this deters anyone from even thinking of visiting this mess!
