I recently purchased a 2025 Buick Encore from Williamson Uxbridge. My sales person, Lucas, was fantastic! He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and helpful! Highly recommend Lucas when dealing with this dealership!!
Stopped in to look at a vehicle, entered a showroom void of customers, and all of the sales associates stood around chatting with each other. Waited a good 5 minutes with zero acknowledgement from a single staff member and decided to leave. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere if that's the sort of service you offer.
The service team here is fantastic! Always go the extra mile for you to be satisfied, always pleasant to talk to and are knowledgable when you ask them questions about your car. They have drinks while you wait, service is speedy typically unless it’s a super busy day. Recommend all around :). Thanks guys!
