Engine amber light came on in my 11 year old chev. Matt explained a cost saving option. Thanks! 9 years later Google says- updating the earlier post. Service advisor Matt was a great help arranging a major scheduled service. Car was done under budget. Old review-- My experience is with the service dept. I have not bought anything. Service is prompt. By appt. Waiting area is tops. Bright sun. Complimentary coffee etc. Free wifi. Comfortable and ample seating. Shopping is close by.
⭐ Terrible service experience. I made multiple attempts to resolve a warranty issue, including two visits in person. Each time I was promised help, yet no file was created and staff later acted as though we had never spoken. When my two-year-old Terrain broke down with a transmission issue, I was told they couldn’t look at it for two weeks and couldn’t provide a rental, leaving me stranded. I had a great experience with Williamson GM Uxbridge. Dealing with John Agnew (my sales rep) was friendly, professional, and helpful. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, I’m very happy with my vehicle and would definitely recommend John and this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.
