Went there last Tuesday about a warranty issue. Left the paperwork with Scott. Picked up a cheque on Wednesday. Very happy with the service.
We had an issue with our F150 so I called and spoke with Doug about helping us get into a new GMC truck. It was very nice dealing with Doug and we were able to purchase the new truck on Friday and picked up the new truck the following Wednesday. Doug made the process quick and easy and all the other staff were great. This is our second vehicle purchased from Williamson and we will definitely give them more business in the future. Watch out when buying a car from this GM dealer. We finalized all paperwork and signing. Gave our $5000 down payment for my 25 Hummer EV. After everything was done, they made us pay another $350 bcz they didn’t notice a scratch on our trade-in vehicle. Didn’t find this very professional and when we tried to negotiate a bit on this price (bcz it wasn’t even my fault, they didn’t see the scratch in the first place) they said you can go back with your old car and handed me the keys in my hand. Would rather go elsewhere!
