Whatever you do- DO NOT RENT 121 W 1st street in ocean isle!!! 121 W 1st street very much so felt like a bait and switch, if not for the exterior alone. The house has a clear lack of maintenance as well as a lack of deep cleaning which became evident hours into our stay. The pool needs to be fully resurfaced (cracks and lack of general pool maintenance very evident- see advertised photo vs realty of arrival) and was not cleaned upon arrival (lots of sand at bottom of pool). Williamson realty made the booking process and the checking in/checking out so easy! Their communication was excellent as well. Only down side was the house did not seemed to be cleaned very well. The shower had a bunch of sand/hair and the toilets did not look to be cleaned either. The floors/baseboards were pretty dirty as well with a bunch of hair and dust built up. We had a very pleasant experience with Williamson Realty. They messaged us the day prior to arrival, telling us we could check in early, which was wonderful. We stayed at Dunes Foster A4 condo. The unit was very nice, and decorated beautifully. There are several steps to climb, since on the 2nd floor, but we knew that when we booked the unit. The beds were very comfortable.
