First of all, for my appointment I had to wait about 30 minutes to get sent to the back when there were no other people there first thing in the morning. After my appointment, I asked to order my contacts before I left and was told that I should call them the following day to order. I paid over $100 for a lens fitting fee then left the store. I called the next day to order my contacts. Here we are over 30 days later. I should have thrown these contacts away this past weekend but haven't heard from them if my contacts are in.... read more
ALWAYS GREAT SERVICE!
So far...it has been completely negative. HORRIBLE prescription BEWARE
In January 2013 I received an injury to my left eye, the extent of my injury I sustained a detached retina. On Jan. 7th I went to an the eye doctor where emergency surgery was scheduled for the next day. After surgery I was later told that I would never be able to see out of the left eye (waited to long ). For three years and several eye doctors later I was not able to see out of the left eye and was told by doctors and nurses that I will never be able to see out of my left eye again. I had an appointment there recently due to my eye swelling and did not see a doctor til after an hour and half PAST my appointment time. This is especially ridiculous because I knew my appointment would last less than 10 minute and it cost me a $50 copay. To top it off, I saw a different doctor the following day who completely disagreed with what I was told at Williamson and I followed the second doctors instructions and my eye is perfectly fine 2 days later..not a week like I was originally told. Never again.
My daughter's have been in the back for an hour and 45 mins
