Dr. Taylor is great!! She takes her time and answered all my questions. All the staffing is very kind and helpful.
I will not recommend this office for eye care needs. I needed a referral to have YAG done. They referred me to an office that has multiple locations, which most were in the Atlanta business area. I called multiple times to get another referral close to the PTC area. They have not returned any of my calls but one and that is because I called another location. Their customer service is aweful.
They were great from start to finish. They went above and beyond to deliver my trial contacts to my house after they closed and they also submitted all the information for my rebate on my new contact lens order. Just all around Great customer service!!
I will never recommend this place to anyone after what I witnessed how the woman owner treated a buying customer who didn’t agree with her opinion. Absolutely disgraceful. I pray the lord blesses this woman with a pure heart who treats everyone with kindness. Vickie is the woman of issue. I am respectfully taking my business somewhere else.
