5 star service from Nicholas regarding my out of state registration. What you need to do an out of state registration of vehicle: proof of identity (license or passport), proof of existing registration from other state, insurance, emission check. Was in and out within half hour.

Today [Jan 32, 2026], I visited the Williamson County Tax Office, Round Rock location to apply and receive Disabled Placards. I was assisted by Ms. Zoreida and she was very helpful in assisting with my requirements. The paperwork I presented was incorrect and she presented me with the proper papers to complete and acquire the placards.
