There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe the service team at Williamson County Equipment. The seem to know instinctively that tractors are almost indispensable on a farm be it large or small, and that a broken tractor is at best, an inconvenience, and at worst, a catastrophe for the business. My tractor is at an age where things are starting to break, and the dealer where I bought it no longer services the brand. Stay away !! Most non helping place have ever dealt with. Empty promises and zero customer service
I've gotta say, ever since TJ has become service manager, things have been great. TJ is extremely knowlegable and always willing to help. Communication is good, getting updates, and you can tell TJ really cares about his customers.
This morning when you were tailgating me and cut me off because you have a big man complex and needed to be in the front, I had my 6 year old with me. No integrity. Have the day you deserve. I’ll pray for ya bud.
