I scheduled an appointment here over a week ago for my COVID booster and got there at 3pm only to find the office closed. WTH? I called the number on the door and was told I need to call a different number. I won't be back, this place is pathetic!
Absolutely no one ever answers the phone here. Called 4 different times and 14 times in total. Not helpful at all!
Rachel Blythe is AMAIZING! She really went above and beyond. She connected with me as a client & had amazing customer service. All around great attitude & that's really hard to find these days. She made my interview a memorable and comfortable experience.
The big lady who sits up front is so rude. If you don’t like tour job then find one you do like.
