This isn’t my first time dealing with this program, unfortunately. I’ve now applied twice—once during a living transition when I first moved here, and again this year after an unexpected job change. Sadly, both times, the experience was the same: long delays, zero updates, and cold, dismissive communication—if you get a response at all.
