I called the parts department and spoke to J.J. He is in the parts department and would not give me a part number. Said it was the policy of his company. If the managers are reading this. I think it is sad and you should change your policy.
I would recommend this as a place to do business. I have bought a few vehicles here and have always been happy with my purchase. They are not pushy at all. The customer service is excellent!
We just purchased our sixth vehicle from Hamilton GM Country. We could not have had a better experience. We have never experienced any high pressure from staff and they have always found us just what we were looking for. We will be back when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. We took our 2016 conversion van in for minor things and we took photos of the mileage and were shocked that they put over 600 miles on it. Shady people here form the General Manager on down. He didn't even have the guts to face us but thats ok because the police did. We filed a report on them. Be careful here.
