Williams McCarthy is a great law firm. All of the attorneys are top tier, and they offer services in a variety of legal areas/practices including litigation and transactional. Attorney Huntley helped my husband and I with our trust, wills, and powers of attorney. His communication skills and explanations of all of the documents were fantastic and the process was very smooth. Cannot recommend this firm, and Attorney Huntley enough.
Joel Huotari is an extremely responsible and dedicated attorney who took the initiative to negotiate with the other party on our behalf and find the most optimal solutions. As a GAL, her job is to advocate for kids, so sometimes recommendations may not please everyone. However, making recommendations that dramatically affect their lives should come with transparency and the ability to explain/defend those recommendations, which she was not willing to do. Additionally, she was frequently unprepared at court dates, and frequently failed to follow up on communications.
