As a long-time patient at Associated Eye in Stillwater, I was quite disappointed that yesterday they refused to allow me to have a prescription eyedrop delivered there from Phillip’s Eye Institute, Mpls., so I could pick it up that day in Stillwater, where I work, rather than wait a week to take a day off of work to drive in and get it. (I live in Wisconsin; Phillips won’t mail prescriptions out of state.)
