As always, I have been here five times, it easier for me to go here than Richmond VA for minor issues and the Staff at front was great and the doctor’s are always outstanding. So what more can u ask. Plus they listen to ALL my concerns.

When I entered the lobby I was addressed by the young lady at the desk but the man did not appear to be hospitable. However when white patients came in he was over joyed to welcome them. I don’t feel like my health was a priority as a veteran and woman of color. I. noticed several patients came in after me and was taken back before me. I am new to Williamsburg, having moved from the Raleigh/Durham area and was recommended to go here. I was nervous because I do not enjoy the doctor's offices as you sometimes feel - nurses can be very conceited (an intolerant, unpleasant, no smile, just I have a job to do and want to go home - does not MAKE for putting a patient at ease - this is common.
