My son and three small children lives in one of the apartments and it is horrible. They have been there since April 2025 and nothing have been fixed. The kitchen floor is leaking and when it rain the walls and ceiling leaks in the kitchen. I just visited the apartment today, Sept 12, 2025 and not only does is the kitchen floor leaking but the leak has moved to the living room. The lights in the children room upstairs does work. I like the apartment complex so far I only recommend that you lock your car at night I had someone ransack my car when I forgot to lock it. But other than that very peaceful the units are really well insulated. Parking is ehhh but there’s always a spot somewhere. And the management is speedy when getting back to you about problems you may have with the unit. I’ve been here for about 3 or 4 months and everything is good so far.
