A caring and efficient staff. Clean and good food.
My 91 year old parents have been residents for the past 13 months. We’d considered several other local places, but settled on Williamsburg not just because it was centrally located, or well kept or reasonable but primarily because of the staff. It is a safe and secure facility. They genuinely care for their residents, know them and their family by name, provide lots of activities in and out of the facility and the food offering are fabulous. But best of all their residents are happy there and are part of a family.
This is a three story facility. The elevator has been sporadically functional for the past year. It has been out for weeks at a time, leaving the elderly independent living residents stranded in their second and third story apartments. It is ludicrous to think that 80 and 90 year olds should be able to navigate two and three flights of stairs. Most recently, my 91 year old grandmother could not attend thanksgiving because the elevator broke, AGAIN, and as of today, it is still not functional. We are looking at moving her, bu... read more

Wonderful place! They always have fun events going on and the workers really care about the residents. Tonia is amazing! I would recommend to anybody.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere!
Moving my mother to Baton Rouge was much easier than I ever dreamed possible. Williamsburg Senior Living played a role in the successful transition. My mother immediately got involved in the many activities they offer and was blessed to make many new friends. She is a BINGO champion - a game that I never would have thought would interest her.
