the owner is the nicest guy I've ever met made me feel more like family than just a customer would definingly recommend this mechanic and tire shop to anyone, will definitely be a return customer always friendly and welcoming staff
Just left Williamsburg Road Tire and had to leave a review, which I normally don't. First, I had to go during my lunch break, and they were very busy, so it wasn't going to allow me time to get lunch. The owner instantly offered to give me a ride when he heard me talking to another customer. Then he paid for my lunch!!! It's a top-notch shop for tire repair or mechanical services, taking my truck back tomorrow and an oil change after work. Enjoyed the conversation I shared with the owner. I had such a great experience here I had one tire that kept slowly leaking and asked for them to replace it. The gentleman at the front counter directed me to park under the carport, then the tech had me stay in my vehicle while he replaced the tire. He asked what was going on and offered to take the tire off and see what was going on instead of just replacing it. Let me know the price up front, very honest people.
