I'm a long-time customer, one time my wife walked in with one of my kids in the afternoon (does not have to explain how hard it is to walk out from a busy house afternoon), and for some reason, the insurance did not work, so they send her home or I would have to pay before the appointment I tried explaining that its important appointment and the insurance will pay back but it was a nasty respond that this is our policy and we will not move from it.
My family and I had a great experience here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pediatric doctor!

Excellent doctors! The receptionist on Apr. 2 '24 @ 7:00p with the red sweater is the worst of the bunch! No Morse or feelings
Had an appointment at 1:20 I arrived 10 minutes early, the receptionist said we don't have an appointment, then she changed back claiming we had an appointment but for 12:40, then told me I should sit down and will call me up shortly, and I'm still waiting it's already over an hour after my appointment was originally scheduled for, and no one to who to talk, Very bad receptionist, with nasty attitude!
