Having used this facility since my daughter started needing a dentist, I attempted to schedule an emergency appointment for her. Maggie was extremely rude and would not schedule an emergency appointment because my daughter needed a checkup first! It was impossible for her to guarantee that the tooth that was bothering her would be treated. Her behavior was extremely rude and obnoxious. My daughter has been a patient for years! I haven't been in, but am already frustrated. I emailed to make a first-time appointment, got no response. I called and someone answered immediately, took my insurance info and said she'd check they took my insurance and call me back in a minute. No call back or message. I called back a month or so later and they said they'd put me on hold for just a minute. Never came back. After 10 minutes, I hung up and called back 2 or 3 times and no one answered.
Tried to make an appointment for my son and was disconnected. When I called back I was rudely told the person I was speaking to left. Unbelievably incompetent and rude.
