I moved out early and paid the three-month buyout and all required fees. I even received a document showing my balance was zero, so I believed everything was settled. Later, I was contacted by a debt collector about an additional balance. I paid it after confirming it was legitimate, but I never received any prior notice. I just wish someone had contacted me by phone or email before sending it to collections.
Williamsburg on the Lake Apartments has been a great place to live. The office staff is professional, responsive, and easy to work with, making communication smooth whenever questions or concerns come up. I've lived here for a year and really enjoyed my time at Williamsburg. Maintenance is always quick and professional. Laundry facility is clean. I love the view of the lake with my fireplace going. Very quiet community. The parking lots are promptly plowed and salted when it snows. The office team gets back to me ASAP and they're super friendly in person.
Sent me to collections. I've never resided there. When I called the office, they had no explanation. When I called the debt collector, they had no explanation. I do not know who runs this place, but I would never in a billion years rent from this place. Which is bizarre, because I had been considering it next year when my lease is up. Not now!
