This apartment complex meets the basic requirements for a place to live. The buildings are reasonably maintained, and I have generally felt safe here. Unfortunately, my experiences with the office staff and property management have been extraordinarily poor. For an extended period, I have dealt with residents repeatedly failing to clean up after their dogs in the community dog park. This is the most incompetent apartment complex I have ever lived in and it is actually baffling. Highly advise you look somewhere else unless you want third party vendors entering your apartment with no warning, monthly inspections, roaming dogs that the complex won’t do anything about, and an office staff that will respond horribly and unprofessionally to any complaint that is made.
