I lived here for 2.5 years and have had nothing but issues since I moved in. I relocated here for a job in August 2022. Prior to moving in I was told over the phone that my 2 bedroom unit had in unit washer and dryer. That was not the case when I arrived from my 13 hour drive. The on site laundry is okay. The washers are very small and poorly maintained. I had to rewash clothes multiple times to get them clean. Although I have only been here 3 weeks, I'm loving my apt. The view is amazing over the lake. My dogs are loving their fenced yard and not being on leashing to go outside.

I would give it about five stars. I mean in terms of apartment complexes, none of them are perfect, but I think this one is pretty good. The maintenance usually responds quickly to any requests and when they fix things usually they do a pretty good job. I mean the many years that I've lived here. There have been a couple instances where the maintenance guy screwed it up, but they usually fix it pretty quickly and I think they're pretty responsive.
