The friendships made here are priceless! Residents and staff are wonderful.
The nurses are very good, but they need to hire more assistants with geriatric training to help with the care of the elderly who live there. I can only speak for the skilled care unit where my father, almost 99, resides, but it is amazing to me how much time we have had to spend just insisting on basics: put his laundry away, straighten out the bed in the morning, they say he doesn't eat his food, but over and over we have to explain that he needs help getting the tops off of the food containers. The best decision of my "senior" life was to move to The Landing. My every need for fine dining, home maintenance, medical needs, and landscaping are taken care of; and emergency needs are just a phone call away! I am surrounded by friends and caring staff. My dog and I enjoy the privacy of a cozy home! Try it! You'll love it!!
I been a team player for 13 years, Williamsburg Landing is a beautiful and nice place to work the residence you can't help but just falling in love with them , every day there's something going on , they definitely keep them very busy not a boring moment
