Very poor Customer Service. I was told my Business Liability Insurance Policy was no longer available by Daniel “Joe” Stopski’s Commercial Lines Account Advisor Rosa Vargas and the replacement policy cost an additional $310.00. Just as I was about to sign the paperwork for the replacement policy the Carrier sent me a renewal notice for my current policy.
