1 Star Review – Very Disappointed I came to Honda Service for brakes all around (pads and rotors), an oil change, and a new battery. Before my appointment, I was told there were no loaner cars available and it would take months to get one, so I made sure to arrange my own ride. My appointment was at 2:30 PM. I was told my car would be ready by 7:00 PM, so I had a ride drop me back at the dealership at that time. When I arrived, they told me my car was not ready, even though it had been there all day. Very impressed with my service. I needed an oil change for my CRV and was out within 20 minutes! Everyone was friendly, the waiting area was clean. It was a good experience.

Went in for service on my 2014 Accord to have a few things checked. Was impressed with how nice everyone was. The location was very clean and they had great coffee while I waited. Will consider them for any future business and I live in Virginia Beach!
