The owner of this business William Bowers is dishonest. He measured my front entrance door then proceeded to tell me when it arrives to call him he'd schedule my install. The morning kempsville building supply called me to tell me my door had arrived. .he tells me he doesn't know when he'll have the time to install and if I find someone else to install my door it would be fine with him. Super dishonest. Job was partially completed and j was charged in full. Called them multiple times over the course of a month to reschedule with no help. Ultimately their customer service line started screening my calls.
Very disorganized and expensive. No clarity around scheduling, billing, hours, etc. They charged me $639 to hang a door, as well as install a lock and trim the door to the right proportions.
Cabinet repairs and refinishing.
Excellent experience! I’m very pleased with the work and will hire them again.
