Kevin and Jakub are the absolute best in the business. This team embodies the quality, service, excellence, speed, and kindness of a family-run business. Brought my M3 in for its first detailing, and there’s no way I’m going anywhere else – for anything else – as long as I’m driving anything. And as soon as I shared that this is who I work with, everyone I’ve met in the car community in NYC came out singing their same praises. Greatest crew around.
My objective criticism is related to me having to clean my visor mirrors, both driver and passenger side after the service. Side view mirrors needed an additional cleaning as it appeared unattended to. The moon roof mesh screen received no attention either and bugs and debris remained as it was prior to the service. The rims had brake dust residuals in some crevices. Disappointed that a $450 service required me to address areas in which the service was supposed to provide.
