They began by going over our various options, providing quotes for each, and discussing the pros and cons of different approaches. Once work began, they took the time to color-match the replaced section to the existing sections perfectly, and were extremely careful in their work. Our floors are stunning! We had a refrigerator leak and it ruined our hardwood. Dwayne came out along with 2 other companies, and we're glad we chose Williamsburg Flooring & Design. Bryan, and his crew that did the floors were amazing, and so patient as we worked out the color I wanted, even smiled through a change of plans. After recent water damage that required replacement of laminate floors in my house, I was most fortunate to discover Williamsburg Flooring and Design. They were very helpful and accommodating.
