I had to complete paperwork as if I were a new patient, and was told I would need to acknowledge disclosures electronically, but the front desk never asked me to do so. Also, several months ago, we received an EOB reflecting a discrepancy-there was never a follow-up call from the dentist stating it was resolved.
Dr Dunnill was thorough and patient in answering all my questions. Everyone was both pleasant and helpful as can be. It was my first visit but I’m comfortable that I made the right choice.
Wonderful , friendly and professional family Dentistry. Dr. RUBIN and staff take care of all our dental procedures in a pain-free and efficient manner. We are very pleased to be patients with this Dentistry.
