He suggested inappropriate care for my teeth, a root canal for a tooth which needed to be extracted, and he did not share with me the needs of my teeth, ignoring teeth that needed to be treated and offering inappropriate treatment for some of the others. Honestly best dentist practice I have seen in a while. A+ bedside manner.
Booking with Wally was easy and convenient. Check-in was smooth with no wait time, which I really appreciated. My dental technician was very cordial and made the entire experience comfortable. Great visit overall!
I was so high anxiety going into this procedure that I started crying as soon as Dr. Manzon walked in. But let me tell you, she is the BEST!!! The dentist I have had since childhood retired and I was so scared to go to someone new for a root canal, but Dr. Manzon was caring, patient, understanding, and explained everything. She also frequently checked in on my during the root canal, and made sure I was ok all the way through. Amazing experience!!!
