Stay away from these scam artists. If I could, I would give zero stars, as they simply stole from me. In the midst of not having hot water on a cold Saturday afternoon, I frantically looked around to find anyone that would come look into our lack of hot water issue. Very unprofessional. They came here and after a hour told me he couldn't do it. Had to refund my money. No ladder, torch,knowledge or help. Do not use them they suck.
Was told that the plumber would be coming between 12-2pm. At 3pm, I get a call from the plumber saying he has been to my building before and knows what the shower system is and that he can not fix it. He tells me that this is why he didn't bother to show up - the dispatcher told me he was running late because he was at church. When he called me he sounded drunk as a skunk. Stay away from this place.
