My Daughter who has a learning disability was made comfortable by the staff - the Anesthesiologist was extremely patient with her and held conversations with her on her level of understanding to keep her calm - i highly recommend this facility - also up-to-date equipment and very clean - thank you from Debra & Destiny
Dr. Rubinov saved my tooth! I have been very lucky with my teeth until a couple of years ago when I cracked one of my molars and it would become sensitive when eating. Most dentists after seeing the xrays would just immediately do a root canal but Dr Rubinov agreed to take the time to try to carve away the entire crack and protected the root and made me a crown that looks like nothing had ever happened. This place was my dentist for a year and it’s predatory. The front desk lied saying I had an approved predetermination, convinced me to fork over $1,800 with a guarantee I’d get it back and then didn’t support me at all when my insurance claimed I never had an approval in the first place.Their excuse for ghosting me and not helping me was they were moving offices. Dr. Rubinov and his team have been my dental home for years and now that I moved to LA I still try to see them for all my dental needs when I come to NYC because no one has really come close since I moved. For dental, beauty, injectables, there’s no where else I’ll go. Dr. Rubinov is an artist and his subtle style can’t be beat by any medspa or derm.
Dr. Rubinov is truly exceptional! I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist, but Dr. Rubinov completely changed that for me.
