First let me say that Amanda's counseling is excellent. However it ends there, the billing is unacceptable and, in our opinion, deceptive. We have never gotten a complete answer regarding the cost. Our insurance is with Untied Healthcare which is not in plan. We were never given the same answer twice with respect to the cost per hour because an out of plan would have a higher deductible. I had the same experience trying to get help for my son. I was finally able to speak with Mr Wendell and he said that he would take my son as his client and then nothing. Called, left messages, and then finally gave up. Highly unprofessional and will not recommend anyone to come here when they don’t even have the basic decency to call you back.

I'm honestly at a loss.. my counselor just vanished on me. I was charged for two appointments that they cancelled due to sickness, and now I cannot contact them whatsoever. It's like the counselor I was seeing there vanished! I've tried everything, but every time Im just set up a new appointment with a different counselor. It's frustrating the way they treat patients.
