It’s ok, middle of the road. None of the units have washer/dryers and no w/d connections. My until doesn’t have a dishwasher, ice maker, or disposal, and no exhaust fan over the stove, and no cabinets either! The units downstairs were mostly all flooded and the COA still hasn’t done anything about those units. Landlords don’t have renters, so they can’t afford to pay COA fees. These condos, built in the 1970s, are showing their age and lack modern amenities like washer/dryer hookups. My unit doesn’t have a dishwasher or an exhaust fan over the stove. When Hurricane Helene hit, the downstairs units experienced flooding, forcing tenants to leave due to water damage and mold. Tried getting into the complex pass background and credit the only reason I was denied was due to my ESA. Even though I have all the paper work stating it is illegal under the Fair Housing Act to deny me and my service animal. I was talking to Windy and Dave they asked if I had had any pets. I went on to inform them no I do have any “pets” I have a service animal with full documentation. The message I got back was “ I apologize. The listing was missing the No Pets Allowed designation.
