Doesn’t deserve $1600 no maintenance no office no gym no dryer
It’s ok, middle of the road. None of the units have washer/dryers and no w/d connections. My until doesn’t have a dishwasher, ice maker, or disposal, and no exhaust fan over the stove, and no cabinets either! The units downstairs were mostly all flooded and the COA still hasn’t done anything about those units. Landlords don’t have renters, so they can’t afford to pay COA fees. Some people are living in these units without walls! I’m guessing the COA is low in funds, otherwise what’s the hold up in repairing the units? They’v... read more
