I give this place a 5 out of 5. 1-super management team fair, effective and helpful. Glenn has excellent leadership, Marley very nice super multi tasker and Aninatou - Concierge Kind and Helpful. I go in an out of a lot of builds. mgt here is at the Pinnacle
This review is around a very particular experience I had this week. A furniture order was delivered several days late while I was out of town, and the delivery person just left it in the lobby, which definitely isn't allowed (it was a 300lb vanity sitting on a marble floor in the middle of the mail area, not good). I got a Task Rabbit helper, but it was still too much for us to move, so Glenn, our building manager, came and helped with the whole process, from figuring out how to take the drawers out to lifting it and helping... read more
It’s noisy early in the mornings usually 6-8am and weekday morning as well. Everything echoes dump trucks trucks and the neighbors voices also echoes throughout late at night coming from surrounding apartments
