Gotta give credit where credit is due. I’m a 20something woman so mechanic shops can be very scary for me. Doug in the front is sooooo friendly and relatable and honest. I made an appointment for my inspection and it was so quick and stress free. I will definitely come back here if I need anything for my car. Good people make good businesses and the crew here is sooooo GOOD!!
Had a warning light on dashboard and called around to see who could help. I reached Williamsburg Automotive and dropped the car off. It was a taillight bulb which many auto shops and dealers made a BIG DEAL of! I didn't want to drive with the taillight out and this auto shop fixed it, despite being short staffed. They didn't cheat me with big fees. I felt they were very honest. I may have found my new GO-TO mechanic! I hate to even let the secret out but want to give them kudos. Thank you!
