Lived here for 8 months - cut my lease short because I'd had enough. The price for the square footage is excellent - huge bedrooms and living areas for an apartment are a plus, but that's about it. The biggest problems I had were with upkeep and cleanliness. The apartment was not clean when I moved even though it was "newly renovated" - every surface was greasy, and there were pools of tar on the floors by the radiators, which were filled with random things the previous tenants' kids had stuffed inside. Property is not kept properly.
It was nice and quiet when i first moves in. Loud neighbors above gotten worse and roaches in the building in every unit. Management hired exterminator and its the same result. I'm ready to move out. Bathroom door has a big hole in it and it was never replaced. Large pot holes in parking lot. Maintenance staff seem clueless on how to maintain property
