Charged $489.21 to tow a car 3 miles. This included a $40 gas surcharge for 3 miles. It was highway robbery, unreasonable, price gouging. I would not do business with a company with this type of business practice. If there are no regulations, why not charge $1,500? This is price gouging and their attitude based on their response below should not be tolerated. I will be filing a complaint with the sheriffs office, BBB, and the state for price gouging as this is grossly higher than market rate for the area.
Williams Wrecker and Ryan in particular help us with a tow far from home, made us feel comfortable and provided outstanding service. Definitely recommend!!!
