I stopped in today to have the battery in my watch replaced, and the jeweler couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. He replaced my battery quickly and charged me so little that I wondered what year it was. I looked around his store while he was working and was impressed with his selection of rings, necklaces, and other jewelry. His shop isn’t fancy but his service and his jewelry are of the highest quality. I’ll be back.
Glenn was so kind and helpful to us. We had just come from black dog jewelers down the street and had a terrible experience. The woman at black dog treated us with such contempt that i almost cried after. That was the first place we had gone to discuss engagement rings.
