Dishonest. I have used this business a couple of times and received a good service in the past but the last time was surprisingly bad. I gave my watch to have its battery replaced but received a call to say that the watch was broken before any work was done to it. The watch was working fine for about 6 years prior but its hands reportedly came loose in the less than 24 hours of it being in the jewellers. Amazing experience I would highly recommend Williams - they repaired my dad’s gold watch which is very important to me. The watch looks good as new - based on my experience I will only use Williams jewelers

Always get great customer service at Williams Watchmakers & Jewellers in Junction Street, Nowra. Lovely jewellery at reasonable prices They do repairs, replace watch batteries and do ring cleaning on the premises
