Great service team and facility. Great to know my GTI and Arteon are in good hands
Giving one star because the oil change was effective and they gave my friend a job at one point but the rest of the experience was not ideal and not worthy of the other 4 stars. The communication here is terrible, the specialist, Milton, was unable to communicate about service costs and inspection costs, but had no issues add them on in the end (akin to a snake oil salesman) and then when you want to chat about it with management, they can’t be reached, I called for steve maybe 4 times over 2 days to no avail. Engine failed at 58k, replaced by VW under warranty. 26k miles later second engine fails with the same issue. VW and Williams say not their problem, so it’s reasonable for yet another engine to fail within what would be a normal warranty period. Get offered $500 trade in value but only if we buy another car from Williams. Quote offered for a replacement engine was $8900, for an engine with 102k miles which is more miles than the car itself has. We’ve had 12 VW’s and 6 Audis. They took care of my issue professionally and timely. Staff were very accommodating of my shuttling needs and took me home and picked me up on the same day. Great staff and a cool dealership
