We brought our dog here to be looked at after calling several places no one could get us in but Williams, when we showed up the front desk lady helped us get our dog inside on a stretcher and we went into a room ASAP, the vet lady came in touched our baby boy and we already knew that his time had come. They held us and cried with us. They were just absolutely amazing to us in our horrible time of losing our dog. Wonderful care and service provided to myself and my puppy who broke her leg. Highly dedicated to providing the best care for her difficult situation. I would recommend service to anyone.
I took My baby, that Was barely a year old there because somebody hit her with their car. They were very sweet and careful with the situation. It was a little expensive, but it was so worth figuring out what was wrong with her. I ended up having to put my dog down because the damage wasn’t repairable.🥺 Which broke my heart, but I just got the sweetest letter in the mail a few weeks later expressing their condolences. Very sweet people! Thank you guys so much, that letter filled my heart with joy.
I took my 13yo gelding to them after having to wait days for him to be seen for an injury to his sheath that was bleeding and swollen. He received an antibiotic shot , no cleaning no topical meds or anything to alleviate the pain. Now a week later he's not better and I have been washing it daily to try keeping it clean. I called them to inform them of the situation and their answer was for me to come get another dose ( shot) and give it to him myself. Very disappointed with this veterinarian group absolutely lousy service.
