As a new client all I can say it was bad from the first phone call. No customer service at all other than my dog got weighed sat in the room for almost 20 min. past my appointment time with nothing and nobody. No vet no one telling me that they're behind no apologies nothing. Opened the door of the exam room to find them helping other people that came in after me and mind you I was the only one there when I arrived. For all of that I took 2hrs off work for absolutely nothing.
My puppy just died there. They gave her benadryl before vaccines. They said she died from the benadryl
Fast service, not pushy. Did a great job and was affordable. Worth the drive, and will be back next time we need a vet.
made an appointment for my cat who was lethargic and throwing up. i was running a little late but called before hand to ask if they’d still see me, and they did. they said their vets were just about to leave (it was almost going to be 12pm) when i got there they recommended me to “be conservative” and just give her an antibiotic shot and an anti nausea shot instead of doing tests. and if she didn’t get better after that day then i could bring her back to get tests done. they don’t give you any kind of price range before they... read more
